3D Systems approached Rockfish to perform a UX and Features and Functions audit of their site and offer recomendations for a site re-design and build an ecosystem to serve as a 3D hub for people in this industry. 3D systems was merging with several other companies so I had to audit all of their websites, which were over 10 sites with 65+ features and 500+ pages. Using these audits we were able to identify which actions seve users appropriately, and which areas we can leverage for optimal user engagement.
