Banfield Refferal Program: User Journey Flow

This user journey flow was created for Banfield Pet hospital to map the user journey on how a potential referral program will work. User journey flows help the client visualize all the touch points a user will go through and how they will interact with that particular point and also what action needs to take place during a touch point. This process helps to understand where the pain points are, if any and how to address them. The goal is always to make sure the user journey is as seamless as possible and that there are no gaps in between.
