Sam's Club: Store Manager App
This app was built for Sam's Club store managers. The primary purpose of this app is to manage inventory and member relations. The store managers need to maintain a great relationship with all of their members who buy products in bulk. The issue the store managers were facing prior to the development of this app was products being discontinued and not being able to notify the affected members in time. Which in turn lead to member turnover.
Through client meetings and meetings with the store managers directly, I was able to architect a solution for all of the primary needs. Being able to walk the store managers through this app and conduct user testing, I was able to design a simple solution and make an app that was easy for the store managers to pick up and use right away without a long on boarding process. The project was well received and will be much more efficient for Sam's Club store managers to use.
