Walmart: Ticket Management Platform

Walmart's home office had this ticket management paltform that they used to manage complaints or other issues submitted in ticket form by employees. The ask was to utilize as much space as possible so that more tickets were in the viewport for the managers to see while at the same time maintaining the simplicity of the user flow and action items for each task. This platform was to be used in the future with BYOD so it needed to be responsive as well. Below is the before version of the platform, which was only for desktop. I had to re-design the desktop version but also come up with a mobile design.
